Have personally trained the Dealer Associates,  Plant Associates, GET’s, Tier I and Tier II Suppliers with more than 50  Technical Topics in the past 23 Years of Experience. Responsible as a Coach – India to develop Technicians who participated in World Skills Kazan, Russia, World Skill Olympics  in Hyundai, International Technician Skills Competition from BMW Group Korea for Asia  Pacific Region.

Achievements with member of the patent team for our Autonomous Car  Project in the field of Interior Customization, Robotics, Digital Car especially supported for Paramount Pictures Team to Customize iX Electric car for their upcoming Mission Impossible 7 Movies. Got Certified from BMW Group on The future of mobility such as  BEV,PHEV. Working with the Team on FCEV Cars and Flying cars with Various teams in  BMW Group. My Strength is always to work with strong collaboration and Team work to  bring the Luxury mobility on Customer Centric Approach in terms of Fix it First Time.

I have strong Networking skill with students and young graduates and love to interact and  guide them to achieve best in their career path. Focusing more on Flying Cars and Hydrogen Fuel Cells Mobility solutions with BMW Group for developing prototype inputs.
